You Were Never Broken. You Were Surviving.

Painted Willow Healing

Trauma therapy and integrative healing for people who are ready to stop just coping and start actually living. Body, mind, and spirit, all of it welcome here.

Three signs on a chain-link fence behind plants with signs reading 'Don't Give Up,' 'You Are Not Alone,' and 'You Matter'.

You might be in the right place if:

You carry trauma that has never fully resolved, even after years of trying to move on

Your body holds anxiety, tension, or shutdown that talking alone hasn’t touched

You keep running into the same patterns in relationships and can’t figure out why

You’re in the middle of a spiritual awakening, dark night of the soul, or identity shift, and need someone who won’t pathologize it

You’ve always felt like a little too much, or not quite enough, and you’re ready to question that story

You’re exhausted from people pleasing, burnout, and living for everyone else

You’re drawn to healing that goes beyond the clinical, that makes room for intuition, energy, and the sacred

You’ve felt like traditional therapy wasn’t built for someone like you

If you’ve spent years managing, pushing through, and keeping it together, this is for you.

If you’ve tried therapy before and left feeling like something was still missing, this is for you.

If part of you knows that healing is about more than symptom relief, that it’s about coming home to yourself, this is absolutely for you.

I offer trauma therapy that honors the whole of you: your nervous system, your story, your spirit, and the parts of you that are still a little magical, even if they’ve been buried for a while. My practice is integrative, deeply personal, and built on the belief that there is no one right way to heal.

Together, we go at your pace. We follow what’s true for you. And we make room for the kind of healing that actually changes things.

Hi.

Your Guide to Healing and Transformation

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist with training in EMDR, Somatic EMDR, Reiki, and intuitive healing. I graduated from Seton Hill University in 2016 with a Master’s in Art Therapy, and a specialization in counseling, and I have spent years building a practice that bridges clinical rigor with something the clinical world doesn’t always make room for: the sacred, the somatic, and the magical.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. I don’t believe your body is betraying you. And I will never pretend I have all the answers or that there is only one path through.

What I do believe is that you are more than your diagnosis, more than your worst moments, and more than the stories you inherited. And that somewhere inside you, beneath the armor, beneath the exhaustion, there is a version of you that is intuitive, whole, and wildly capable of this.

Those who have worked with me have said:

  • "What I appreciate about you is that you are relatable. You help me feel like I am not alone in my experience. You literally get it but then you also have ways to get through it."

  • "You are my 5th therapist and the first one that is actually humbled in saying 'it gets worse before it gets better'. I need that honesty because every other therapist makes me feel crazy when I say it feels worse than when I started."

  • "I like how you give me tools that are achievable. Like, you work with me on what I am already doing to cope and just adding small additional things. My last therapist told me I needed to meditate for 30 minutes a day. I just can't do that, but drink a glass of water, put on soothing music and a nice candle while I make breakfast and coffee? I can totally do that."
